We now offer the convenience of online maintenance requests!  Just log onto your tenant portal, submit your maintenance issue and we will respond first thing the next day!

How do I apply for an apartment?

Check out our floor plans page and click yellow ‘apply online’ button. It is that easy!


How can I reserve the clubhouse for an after-hours rental?

Clubhouse rentals are reserved for residents only, in good financial standing. It is held on a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved any amount of time in the future. Contact the office for rates and availability.


Do I have assigned parking?

Nope! At The Lodge at Lakeshore we make parking easy! No monthly fees, no parking lots specifically for your guests, no special decals, no hassle! We only ask that you be courteous of parking non-primary use cars and guest cars off to the sides of buildings, not directly in front.


How do I pay my rent?

We make it is so easy to pay your rent! All you need to do is log on to your tenant portal which is accessed straight through our website. From there you will be able to pay by check (FEE FREE), credit card or set-up your account for auto-pay for your convenience! You may also pay by cashier’s check or money order in our office!


Where is Recycling?

Beside each dumpster you will see blue recycling containers. Please breakdown all boxes before loading them in.


What do I do if I’m locked out after hours?

You call a locksmith. Emergency maintenance will respond to select issues in your apartment, but being locked out is not one. For a list of Emergency Maintenance guidelines please see below.


Where do I have my packages delivered?

You can have any packages delivered to your address. All USPS packages get dropped off in the office. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery at your door and leave them at the office if no one is home. The packages delivered to our office are generally notified to you via text within 24 hours of delivery.


What are the pet rules for the community? I see so many things and I want to make sure I am doing the right thing with my pet.

We are glad you asked. Our pet policy is 2 pets per apartment. We do not have a pet weight limit but we do have breed restrictions such as Dobermans,   Pit bulls, Rottweilers  &  Staffordshire Terriers. You also are required to have your pet on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless you are in our Bark Park area. Pets are not allowed to be left on the patio area while you are not home. This can become a disturbance to your neighbors and a concern for “accidents” on the patio (which is not fun to clean up afterwards). The #1 rule is to pick up after your pet EACH and EVERY time! We strive to keep a beautiful community and we need everyone’s help to keep it that way.


*Night Time Emergencies

  • Leaks that will cause damage to the property if not addressed
  • Broken toilet in an apartment with only one bathroom
  • Breach of security
  • Backed up sewer lines
  • Broken water mains on property
  • Electrical failure (not related to the power company)
  • Air conditioning not working when overnight temperature is expected to remain over 80 degrees
  • Heat not working when temperature is expected to remain below 50 degrees

*Emergencies that will be addressed during day even on Sat/Sun.

  • Lack of hot water
  • A non-functioning refrigerator
  • Broken toilet in an apartment with only one bathroom
  • Air conditioning when temperate is expected to rise over 80 degrees

Note: Emergency maintenance is not equipped to help a resident who is locked out.  If you are locked out after office hours please call a locksmith.
